The location of this place was excellent, close to everything and within a 10-15 minute walk to a great restaurant, Godfathers Pizza, which served delicious food.

We loved the front desk. They were the best we have ever had. We have traveled all over the usa. You need to put bowed shower curtain in your bathrooms. That is the only improvement. It was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in I wanted to take it home. Lol Thank you so much

It was a pet-friendly hotel. The jewel in the crown was very friendly stuff. Had essentials needed in the a single room, including a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge. The location was unbeatable and good, near so many attractions and great bistros as well as several restaurants, churches, shops. I stayed in this venue for 7 nights and enjoyed it.

Location was very good as was price and quietness.
Room was outdated. Needed to be redone or a complete overhaul. Had old or worn bed linen and bedspread. Outdated tv. Pictures of hotel were misleading. Needed to be redone.

Breakfast was fair. However because of health reasons I could not benifit form the breakfast. Eggs, a meat, and maybe some yogurt or fruit would be nice. I had asked for a nonsmoking room and either it was not a nonsmoking room, someone had smoked in there previously or the people next to me who were smoking smoked in the rooms and it was coming through the vents. I woke up the next day sick with an allergy headache -which I m allergic to smoke. I tried to take a hot shower to get some relief at nine am and there was no hot water. The shower was luke warm at best. When I discussed the issue with the front desk attendant she mad the excuse that everyone must be taking a shower so there is no hot water. Not even an offer to adjust the room price. I was feeling to bad to argue about it. Some of the other guests at the hotel kept hitting their car locks causing the cars to chirp several times. So not so quiet early in the morning. The least expensive hotels should provide their guests minimally with a clean, quiet dark room for sleeping and hot water. I can't say I would choose this hotel to stay in again. In fact, I was wishing I had bit the bullet and paid more to stay at another hotel down the street. There was not much I enjoyed about the Four Seasons Inn in Branson, MO

I wasn't sure if it was clean, I didn't like only having 2 pillows. I wasn't impressed with the free breakfast I have had better. When we come here again and I know we will, I won't be staying there if I need a hotel for a night

As a tourist, I loved the pet-friendly policy and the convenient location near attractions and shopping. The staff was sweet and helpful, and the hotel had great rooms. The outdoor pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, and picnic tables added to the enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet was a nice touch.
Felt very homey, no complaints whatsoever.
